A first confirmation of the order is sent by email after the order is placed. After the package is shipped, final confirmation is sent. All orders require a signature upon delivery, we do not ship to PO boxes. Estimated delivery times are stated below:

For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
IMPORTANT
On delivery, please check that the package is not damaged or wet or tampered with in any way. Any damage in the packaging and/or Product should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents and by emailing at info@unumetidem.com. If a Product is damaged please do not use or wear it nor should you remove any tags (or packaging if possible).
